The entity

Teqwah Capital is a commercial company registered in the United Arab Emirates, with its registered office at Jumeirah Lake Towers, Fancy Rose Building, Office 401, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The desks in Jeddah and Singapore are operating desks of the same group; contracts are entered into with the Dubai entity unless your venture agreement names another party.

The company holds a commercial trade licence in the United Arab Emirates. A copy of the licence and the registration details can be requested from the desk.

Standing and supervision

Teqwah Capital operates under a commercial trade licence. It is not licensed or supervised by a financial-markets regulator, and it does not hold a licence from the DFSA, VARA, the UAE Securities and Commodities Authority, the SEC or any equivalent authority.

We say this plainly rather than leave it implied. The company operates physical ventures — mining land worked with landholders, an owned machinery fleet, a gold sourcing and trading desk, and property — and participation is arranged by private contract rather than through a public market.

What a participation is

A participation is a private commercial agreement between you and Teqwah Capital, governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. It is a profit-sharing arrangement over a defined venture — musharakah, mudarabah or ijarah depending on the venture — and the specific agreement you sign sets out the profit ratio, the reporting cadence, the lockup and the exit terms.

Your rights come from that agreement. Where anything on this site differs from it, the signed agreement prevails.

What a participation is not

It is not a publicly offered security, a collective investment scheme administered by a regulator, a bank deposit, or a capital-protected product.

It is not a tradable token. Participation is recorded and priced as TGC, a NAV-based capital share in the pool. TGC is not sold on any market, exchange or pre-sale; on-chain issuance and transfer between verified participants are scheduled after the final funding round closes.

It is not advice. Nothing on this site is investment, tax or legal advice.

Where we can and cannot offer

Teqwah Capital does not offer participation in any jurisdiction where doing so would be unlawful, and you are responsible for confirming that participation is permitted where you live. If your jurisdiction requires an offering to be registered or licensed, we will not accept your participation.

Documents you can ask for

The desk will provide, on request and before you commit capital: the company's trade licence and registration details, the venture agreement for the venture you are considering, and the reporting format used for that venture.

Site and office visits are welcome at your own expense with fourteen days' notice.

Complaints and contact

Anything unresolved should be raised with the desk in writing. We acknowledge written complaints within five business days and respond substantively within twenty business days.

Reading this before committing capital is the right order. The Risk & Performance Notice explains how the projections on this site are built, and the Terms of Use set out the rules that apply to your account.
