Privacy Policy
How we handle the information you give us, why we hold it, and how to have it removed. Last updated 29 July 2026.
Who we are
Teqwah operates desks in Dubai, Jeddah and Singapore and arranges participation in asset-backed ventures in mining, machinery, gold trade and African real estate. This policy covers teqwah.com and the investor dashboard.
What we collect
Account details: your name, email address and, where you sign in with Google, the basic profile information Google returns to us.
Activity you create: allocations you record, projections you save from the calculator, enquiry messages and consultation requests, including any venture preference or machine detail you provide.
Technical data: standard server and session information needed to keep you signed in and to keep the service secure.
Why we hold it
To operate your account, show your allocations and saved projections, answer enquiries, arrange private consultations, and send venture reporting relevant to your participation.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Where it is stored
Account and activity data is held in our managed cloud backend with access controls that restrict each record to the account that created it. Internal staff access is limited to the desk handling your request.
How long we keep it
Account and participation records are retained while your account is active and for as long afterwards as we are required to keep transaction records. Enquiries and consultation requests are retained for up to twenty-four months.
Your choices
You may ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and the data attached to it. Deletion requests are actioned unless we are required to retain a record.
Write to the desk through the contact form on the About page and mark the message “Privacy request”.
Third parties
We use Google for optional sign-in, a managed cloud provider for hosting, database and authentication, and PayPal where a consultation fee is paid. Each processes only the data needed for that function.
