Projections, not promises

Every figure on this site is a projection modelled from operating performance bands in each asset class. Bands describe what a venture is structured to achieve; they are not a guarantee, and actual distributions will differ from a modelled run.

How the bands are built

Machinery and real estate carry a low, mid and high quarterly rate drawn from utilisation, rental and occupancy performance in that asset class.

Gold trade is modelled on the spread achieved per buying cycle — the difference between the price paid to miners at source and the price achieved on bulk sale or export.

Mining land is deposit-led and is published as a range: worked blocks have delivered from around 10% to over 400% per cycle. We do not quote a single target for it because the ground, not the model, sets the scale of the result.

What affects the outcome

Machinery: the pool for a unit takes time to fill before the machine can be bought and mobilised, and utilisation varies with site demand and maintenance windows.

Gold trade: spreads widen and narrow with the price at source, lot quality and export timing.

Mining land: grade and volume of the deposit, permitting timelines and seasonal access.

Real estate: occupancy, rent collection, currency movement and the timing of any disposal.

How we manage it

Assets are bought outright rather than financed, so there is no interest cost and no debt to service. Blocks are surveyed before capital is committed, titles are verified by local counsel, machines are registered to the venture, and a maintenance reserve is funded before any distribution.

Reporting

Production, utilisation and occupancy figures are reported at the close of each quarter, whether the numbers flatter us or not. Distributions follow the ratio set out in your venture agreement.
