Terms of Use

The rules that apply when you use this site, open an account, or participate in a Teqwah venture. Last updated 29 July 2026.

Acceptance

By using teqwah.com or opening an account you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

The contracting entity

This site and the ventures described on it are operated by Teqwah Capital, a UAE-registered commercial company holding a commercial trade licence, with its registered office at Jumeirah Lake Towers, Fancy Rose Building, Office 401, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Teqwah Capital is not licensed or supervised by a financial-markets regulator, and participations are private commercial agreements rather than publicly offered securities. Full detail is on the Corporate Standing & Legal Status page.

Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for confirming that participation is permitted where you live.

Your account

Keep your sign-in credentials confidential and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission. Information you record — allocations, saved projections, contact details — must be accurate.

Participation and minimums

Capital enters a single Mudarabah pool. A deposit of $150 or more buys a proportional (pro-rata) equity share of the fund; it does not buy a stake in any individual site or machine.

Teqwah acts as managing partner (mudarib) and decides how pool capital is deployed across the projects disclosed in the operations pipeline. Those disclosures are informational and are not separate offers.

A target budget must be fully filled before the related unit or block can be purchased and mobilised, so a budget may sit open while it fills.

Distributions follow actual production: net profit after site costs is split 70% to participants pro-rata and 30% to Teqwah. No fixed or minimum return is offered.

Every participation is governed by the specific agreement signed with you. Where these terms and that agreement differ, the participation agreement prevails.

Consultations

A private consultation is required for custom machine allocations, contributing a machine in kind, and allocations above $10,000. The fee is $150, payable by PayPal, and covers a scheduled Google Meet or Zoom session with the desk.

The fee is for the session itself and is not refundable once the session has been held. If the desk cannot offer you a slot, the fee is returned in full.

Projections

Figures shown on this site — including every calculator result — are projections modelled from operating performance bands. They are not guarantees. See the Risk & Performance Notice for the full explanation.

Tokenization

Tokenizing participant shares is a stated roadmap item scheduled after the final funding round closes. No token exists, is offered, or is tradable today, and nothing on this site should be read as an offer of one.

No offer where unlawful

Teqwah does not offer participation in any jurisdiction where doing so would be unlawful, and nothing on this site constitutes investment, tax or legal advice.

Intellectual property

The Teqwah name, wordmark, site content, imagery and the projection model are owned by Teqwah and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows the current version, and continued use means you accept the update.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the United Arab Emirates have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
