Our story
Across Africa, productive land, minerals and ambitious operators often need reliable machinery, practical knowledge and capital. Teqwah's field-led model began by bringing those pieces together around tangible work.
Today, gold mining and gold trade are the core activities. Fleet and machinery rental add productive diversification. Selected real estate is considered only when a practical, mutually beneficial opportunity fits Teqwah's mandate.
Investors do not choose projects. They hold TGC as a proportional participation in Teqwah while the operating team manages allocation and records the resulting assets and daily performance.

An electrical engineering graduate of Technische Universität Darmstadt (TU Darmstadt) with international employment experience in HR and immigration and extensive exposure to African countries through NGO-related missions — the experience that shaped Teqwah's practical operating model.
General Operations Manager
Brings more than 15 years of experience in road construction and mineral exploitation in Africa, with responsibility for operating discipline and fleet readiness.
Teqwah's model is based on productive assets, no fixed return and shared outcomes. Daily gross profit or loss is recorded with a 70% investor and 30% Teqwah split. This describes Teqwah's operating principles and does not claim external certification.
