About
An operator first, a platform second.
Teqwah does not sit between you and someone else's fund. We acquire the concessions, buy the machines, run the gold desk and hold the property. Participation is a share of what we operate.
Why we exist
Capital that does physical work.
Most halal investment products available to ordinary savers are screened versions of the same paper instruments — equity baskets, sukuk wrappers, cash funds. They are compliant, and they are also thin.
Teqwah was built around the opposite premise: buy the ground with the landholder, buy the machine, take the gold from the miner at source, hold the building. When the asset is real, the profit-sharing contract has something to share, and the compliance question becomes structural rather than cosmetic.
Gold trade carries no minimum at all, and the other ventures open at $150, because the barrier to real-asset participation has historically been the size of the cheque, not the appetite of the saver.
How we work
Four operating commitments.
We co-invest
Teqwah retains a working stake in every venture listed on the platform. Our exposure moves in the same direction as yours.
We report on a fixed cadence
Production, utilisation and occupancy at the close of each quarter, whether the numbers flatter us or not.
We publish the downside
Every projection on this site carries a low, mid and high band and a plain explanation of what moves it. We would rather lose a signup than overstate a number.
We stay confidential
Participant identity, holdings and correspondence are not shared, sold or used for marketing outside Teqwah.
